Beaver County District Court

The presiding judge is the Honorable Ann Marie McIff Allen. Court Clerk Jill Chavez manages filings and records at this location. Both the district court and juvenile court operate out of the same building, which makes it convenient for parties who need to access different court divisions in the same trip.

The Fifth Judicial District also covers Iron and Washington counties. Beaver County is the northernmost of the three. Cases that originate in Beaver County stay in Beaver unless transferred.
